Maybe it

's

read by

developers from ST.

I

had

two

ideas for

improvements

-

Somehow

graphically

distinguish

outputs that

are

5

volt

tolerant

- A

dd

user defined (

label)

tag

in

which

the

user

can

observe

what

signal

is

connected

to the

pin.

It

streamlines the

design and

should

be

added

export

in

jpg

etc

.,

I could use

it

for

project documentation

I agree: it would be nice to to redefine the standard pin names with user names, e.g. the signal names used on the schematics. It's easy to then generate a table of correspondance in the program with #define. Thanks to the team for the nice tool, however.

I agree. A user defined label field for each pin would be very useful. I mentioned it to an ST rep quite a while back but probably got lost. They could use a feedback link somewhere in the Microxplorer section of the web site as I don't think they monitor these forums very closely.

Indeed, it's a user forum.

But moderated and therefore should be monitored. STM32CubeMX has incorporated our suggestion of user names for the pins (not sure when but V4.3.0 has it). Nothing to indicate 5V tolerance that I can see yet.
