STM32F767 SRAM1 Address

Looking at the STM32F767xx Datasheet (DocID029041 Rev 4), the SRAM1 address is listed as 0x20020000.

But the STM32F76xxx Reference Manual (DocID028270 Rev 2) lists this as 0x20010000 in several places:

  • Page 98/1896: 'BOOT_ADD0 = 0x8004: Boot from SRAM1 (0x2001 0000)'
  • Page 99/1896: 'BOOT_ADD1 = 0x8004: Boot from SRAM1 (0x2001 0000)'
  • Page 112

    /1896

    : 'BOOT_ADD1 = 0x8004: Boot from SRAM1 (0x2001 0000)'
  • Page 112/1896: 'BOOT_ADD0 = 0x8004: Boot from SRAM1 (0x2001 0000)'

Is this a typographical error?

I confirm the error you are reporting about the

SRAM1 address in the RM0410 and should be

0x2002 0000

.

I would inform you that the reference manual will be corrected in coming release.
