Hello ST,

I found that STM32F410 reference manual is incomplete:

http://www.st.com/resource/en/reference_manual/dm00180366.pdf

There are no bootloader interfaces for UFBGA64 and LQFP48 packages in the table 3 on page 42:

Please, provide information about bootloader USART interfaces for UFBGA64.

Thanks,

Eugene.

The parts share a common die with common ROM firmware in multiple packages. Take the datasheet and draw across the packages with a high-lighter pen in the Pin Table. The 48-pin and 64-pin packages are going to be good proxies for each other. The PA9/PA10 and PA2/PA3 USART options will work on any of the packages with >=48 pins.

Tips, buy me a coffee, or three.. PayPal Venmo Up vote any posts that you find helpful, it shows what's working..

Hello

Yauhen.Sinkevich

,

Sorry for this delay to answer you.

In fact, the availability of a specific bootloader interface is only depending on the I/O availability.

The LQFP48 is as the UFQFPN48, a

nd the UFBGA64 is as the LQFP

I have already raised this missing information internally to the appropriate team to add the information in the next release.

Best Regards,

Imen
