RM0038: TS: Trigger selection can only selected to TI1FP1 or TI2FP2. However, how to connect this two input to TIM3 CHANNEL 4?

I want to use TIM3 CHANNEL4 to measure a PWM signal.

What aspects of the signal, how fast?

You're not going to be able to trigger from that pin, you could however use input compare to measure period and duty.

Clive meant ''input capture''.

If speed is important (i.e. you need to measure duration of relatively short pulses), you'll read out the captured value as fast as possible. DMA would help in this case. Do you intend to use the remaining channels of this timer for some other purposes, too?
