Problem with LWIP board fw in STM32f107

I have 2 devices with stm32f107 connected LAN. They are server mode and their fw is same except IP setting. I can connect each one by one at first time. But after I connected all when I try to connect first I connected again it doesnt accept for a while.. After minutes i can connect..While i cant connect other ip client can connect too.

What do you think about that? can it be a sw option, timeout etc. or is it about local modem?

definitely! you are right. I realized it after I wrote this discussion and it is solved thank you..

i wonder how is ETH_RMII_PPS_OUT pin usedit isnt used in STM example ethernet circuit with dp83848. PPS stands for pulse-per-second right? What is the purpose of it ?

In RM0008, look up ''PTP pulse-per-second output signal''.
