Greetings People,

I want to interface 6 common anode 7 segment display with my STM32F030R8. Any idea on schematic ?  I have interfaced it with 8051 but and i have used Max7219 with STM32F030R8.

I don't want to go for Max7219 because dude to any noise in power line my Max7219 stops working.

Any guidance will be helpful thanks.

Yes, the 8051 was a bit flakey with any length reset line.

The STM32 chips are much more robust and stable.

There are more economical solutions over the Max chip, like

I used discrete components before, to save more money, how many pieces do you need to make ?

ie. ULN2003

and another transistor array for the digit select drive.
