Hi,

I'm looking for a spatial component (ESA qualified would be better) which is equivalent to an Eight Darlington Array like the series ULQ280X.

Thank you ! Have a nice day !

Hello

There is no direct ESCC qualified alternative to the ULQ280x series in ST portfolio Space products.

However, you might be able to consider replacing Darlington by single stage 2N2222A by taking advantage of ST 100 kard low dose rate ESCC qualified bipolar transistor. These products come with a radiation verification test at low dose rate of the exact wafer are coming from providing in particular the Hfe drift at various radiation level. With such data in hands, it is possible to precisly compute the end of radiation Hfe and consequently, depending on the mission profile, to avoid a Darlington.

There might be other solutions to propose. Contact an ST partner on Space products to discuss it further.
