Hi,

I'm using STM32f429ig for my project to interface touch screen LCD.Please suggest me SDRAM,SRAM,NAND IC's for my application,which also work with STM32 libraries.

How much of either do you actually need? In most cases you will have to adapt code/settings to work with the exact geometries you choose.

You should look at the schematic and BOM for the F4 EVAL and DISCO boards to understand the types of devices and connectivity.
