ITM_SendChar on Nucleo-F767ZI and Eclipse/gdb

I've adapted UART_Printf example to use ITM_SendChar. No output is seen in Eclipse (SW4STM32). I've verified (debugging) that ITM_SendChar is really called. Is it possible to use ITM with this board (Nucleo-F767ZI, 144 pins) and IDE? Are there any soldering bridges required?
