Isn't the F050K a part that has been renamed by ST?

Do the ST-LINK Utilities work? Have you programmed these devices before? Do you have NRST wired to the debug interface?

If you have app code on them that breaks the debug interface you should be able to pull BOOT0 high to enter the System Loader instead of your code.

Thanks

But I used STM32F030K6 and STM32F051C6 in my application. I program and debug it by ST-LinkV2 by discovery board with out trable.

Now I purchased STM32F050K6 for application update, but, IAR workbanch microcontoller not listed STM32F050.

How can i program and debug.

Isn't the F050K a part that has been renamed by ST? You'd either have to find the equivalent part number, or talk to IAR Support to get an update.
