i WE ARE USING

STM32L152RET6.Is it have internal RTC?

Why 

RTC_REFIN

RTC_TA RTC_OUT    pins are used?

Kindly provide any rtc document for STM32L152RET6

RTC_REFIN is used to synchronize with an external reference clock

RTC_TA is a tamper input

RTC_OUT is an alarm output

Review the EVAL and DISCOVERY series boards for the L1 series chips if you need to see viable schematics.

The device has an internal low speed oscillator (LSI), and can use a more precise external crystal (LSE) via the OSC_IN and OSC_OUT pins. There is an application note describing crystal/component selection.

Please learn to read and type in a coherent/professional manner, it will make communicating a lot easier.
