I'm using STM32F207ZG ,What is maximum Voltage level at Tx and Rx pin in USART3? Can I use 5V CP2102  USB to TTL converter with STM32F207ZG?

The Data Sheet should indicate if specific pins are FT (Five Volt Tolerant)

the CP2102 that I use is 3V = 3.6V

https://www.digikey.com.au/products/en/integrated-circuits-ics/interface-controllers/753?k=cp2102

I connected it directly, but as a 3V unit.
