Cube project generation and samples

I dont have much of a problem using the examples, but I do have a problem if I try to use ioc/cube generated samples that I try to retro fit in example code from the discovery repot.

In particular, the touch middleware is not provided by the cube software so I have to hand fit in the code from the example and then try to fix the gazillion errors.  Well not a gazillion, but 310 errors.  

Its not easy problem to solve with the headers included in headers.
