,confused.

Please suggest which chip to use (include Camera interface + LCD Interface + SRAM)

Please elaborate. First, you can have a look at the MCU Finder application to filter the right candidates.

Is the camera using DCMI interface? How much RAM do you need to store the camera? Is is a single picture or 'video' recording? What max refresh rate?

For display, need more details. Which resolution? Which refresh rate? Display has its own frame memory?

Interfaces could be SPI, 8 bit 8080/6800 MCU, MIPI DSI, parallel interface...

If showing video on display, what is the max refresh rate, and does the MCU need synchronized frame update to avoid visual artifacts? How far is the display from the STM32?

For <10cm display location, the lowest pincount would be DSI interface, if sourcing the display is fine.

Then power consumption, MIPS and internal SRAM size might be the criterias to narrow down the right candidate.
