STM32CubeProgrammer fails to connect to Nucleo-F767

I'd like to use STM32CubeProg with Nucleo-F767 via USB, but CubeProg fails to connect with 'Corrupted Data base' error. I've tried both Windows and MacOS versions, results same error.

I guess STM_Prog_DB.xml is the 'data base' file.  How can I fix this DB file?

Thanks in advance,

Hello,

I have the same issue while trying to use USB DFU on a board with STM32F779 NIH6 78A4U VQ Z:

I do connect correctly with STLink connection:

Does the issue come from my STM32 code or from the CubeProgrammer utility? What  is that ''Data base'' is '' Corrupted''?

Any help/clue would be appreciated!

Edit :

I also give a try with the command line utility, without success : (see capture below)

I think that the ''corrupted data base'' message that we get on CubeProgrammer GUI is due to the ''Device ID  Unknown''  where I could get '' DeviceID 0x451''

What is really puzzling is that Serial Number and firmware version is correctly read... Same behavior on the 10 boards that we produce.
