I WANT TO KNOW THE STM32F4 SERIES BOARD HAVING TWO SDIO INTERFACES???ANYONE PLEASE SUGGEST ME......

There is no STM32F4 device supporting 2 SDIO interfaces, but you have the STM32F7x and STM32H7x that do (called the ''SDMMC'' instead of ''SDIO'').

To fine tune filter and find the more suitable device for your need, I recommend you to use the MCU Finder tool (either in its own installation or as embedded within the STM32CubeMX). Here an example of what I got:

IN STM32F7 SERIES BOARD I GET 2 SDMMC INTERFACES,CAN I USE BOTH INTERFACES SIMULTANEOUSLY???

No limitation on this regard: both interfaces may be used simultaneously.
