Abnormal operation after reset (BOOT0)

STM32F103RC Abnormal symptom occurred while using Help request.

Resetting without a ground connection to the BOOT0 pin will result in some products not booting.

If this problem occurred from the beginning of development, it would have used to connect to ground. But I have been using it for 3 years now, it is frustrating because I have problems now.

Question 1: Why? Is there a product that boots after a reset, and a product that does not boot?

Question 2: Why? Is this problem only in recent products?

And I do not use the boot loader area

The problem is that the current BOOT0 pin can not be connected to ground

BOOT0 pin must be properly hooked to ground if you want to avoid booting from System Memory. It cannot be left floating.

Please refer to AN2586, page 15 and 24.
