so, i've updated cube to v4.24.0

and it starts to make broken .ioc files

i tried several ways to reproduce same issue and here's the problem.

1. make a project with stm32f407ze ( not sure it's because of this but.. )

2. make CAN1 and CAN2 as master mode and slave mode.

3. go to configuration and open up CAN1 setting

4. make Time quanta BS 2 as 7

5. make prescaler to 4

6. make Time quanta BS 1 as 10

7. press okay and save project.

( at this point, you can't open up CAN1 configuration window )

8. and now project is unreadable

my solution to fix this is to manually modify ioc file, removes CAN related configuration
