i used the stm linux driver files to create and load the driver module. This results in /dev/stmvl53l0x_ranging. I connected the vl53l0x sensor and the i2cdetect reports it under 0x29.
I then wanted to use the vl53l0x_test program from stm files to get measured data, but for status, error and data the values are always zero.
For opening and init the device, there was no error reported.
It sees the software stucks after stop or init.
Can someone help me please?
