how to change the demo board to use SMA connector?

we known that ST provides some demo boards which use for NFC like '

ST25R3911B-DISCO' .But all of them is designed as direct wire loop.

But we want to use this NFC demo boards for long distance,so we need to use SMA connector. we already have some test antennas with SMA.And we do not want to design new board only just using demo board which privide by ST team.

So how to change the hardware?
