Hey guys.

I have to design my own PCB for my project. How can I get information about how to design a good PCB and the notes about how to reduce noise?

And Is there any Forums like ST forums for Altium? If it is would you share links.

Discovery board of your CPU has its schematic on the net. Also reference manual advises about HW design. Something smaller could be easier to design, like the ATmega328P, which easy to build and use. Look Arduino. (and Google). Put 100nF chip between ground and Vcc at every power supply pin.

I could help you, but I use Kicad, much easier to use than Altium

Hello,

I recommend you to follow this application note

http://www.st.com/content/ccc/resource/technical/document/application_note/a2/9c/07/d9/2a/b2/47/dc/CD00004479.pdf/files/CD00004479.pdf/jcr:content/translations/en.CD00004479.pdf

EMC design guide for STM8, STM32 and Legacy MCUs.

You have a list of

'

Getting started hardware development'

documents,  and you can have a look there to the 'Recommended PCB routing guidelines' section, it may be helpful.
