FreeRTOS code generated by CubeMX using Atollic doen't build

I'm using a ST Nucleo 64 board. and Atollic TrueStudio. When create a project to print to virtual port using CubeMX, everything  builds and works. When I created a project with FreeRTOS  and make appropriate Sys changes TMR6, the code doesn't build and I get some of the following errs. undefined reference to `osDelay, undefined reference to `HAL_RCC_OscConfig. Any thoughts would be helpful.
