5v Tolerant Pin Behavior During Reset

Hi,

In our project we have to connect an output from our MCU (STM32H753) to an enable pin of an external components.

The external component works with 5v IO voltage, so we've connected the GPIO through a 5v 100k pull-up and configure it as open-drain output.

As the current flowing through the pin when in logical '0' is 50uA we should be safe.

But what happens during hard reset (we'll shut down the MCU supply voltage) - will the pin be damaged even though the current is at most 50uA?

Will this be the case for a soft Reset as well?

Thanks in advance,

Yan
