STM32F103C8 as color video out source

I want to use a STM32F103C8 as a standard NTSC color video out source. Arduino has a black and white video library that is compatible with most of thier boards. I figured the vastly more powerful STM32 could manage full color. My hope was to use the

STM32F103C8

with a lot of back-up cams screen we purchased to prototype out a project.

Thanks for your time.

Probably a little over-optimistic there.

People have driven 640x480 VGA monitors from STM32F4-DISCO boards, and I've driven 640x480 and 800x600 DVI LCD Monitors from STM32F769I-DISC1
