AN1447 SOFTWARE DRIVER FOR 4-MULTIPLEXED LCD WITH A STANDARD ST62

The ST62 is obsolete. Is there a direct hardware replacement processor that would work in this application? Would the supplied software program for the ST62 be compatible with the new processor?

Thanks

Really not sure there is any support for these 20+ year old families.

You should probably find a local ST rep or FAE and work with them to redesign/migrate the current use case, and understand your options.

You would likely need to find the source for your existing program, and recreate with current tools. A lot of DOS stuff isn't going to work at all with 64-bit Windows platforms.

An STM8 or STM32 (20-pin Cortex-M0) device should be able to driver available 7-segment displays
