STM32 H7 the bar-setting benchmark for ARM Cortex-M Core performance!

Unprecedented on-chip RAM memory density and richest connectivity peripherals set, with addition of a state of the art security for the internet of things.

As promised two years ago when we launched the first Cortex-M7 based STM32 F7 we announced one month ago a new record-breaking series of MCU which deliver twice the performance and consume half the dynamic power of the preceding family.

Highly advanced 40nm technology combined to ST Dynamic Efficiency processes contributed to a major leap in optimizing power consumption.

Launching first on the market and now sampling the STM32H743, the embedded flash MCU with highest performing implementation of ARM Cortex-M7.

A super connected brain to control and fit with all industrial and consumer applications, and devices using rich user interfaces. Perfect match for the internet of things with integrated state-of-the-art security features, including cryptographic accelerators and provision for secure-key storage, the H7 provides connected objects with a high level of protection against online threats.

The dramatically increased memory density eliminates traditional constraints on developers and thus accelerates time to market for exciting new products.
